Shipping policy
The products will be delivered to the delivery address you specify.
Cover Watches offers free shipping for all products with a minimum order value of 199€. The shipping costs for orders below the minimum order value are 8€ within Switzerland and 35€ for international shipments. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries that are not listed when selecting the delivery address.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time stated in the order confirmation, which is 5-7 working days within Europe and 7-9 working days internationally, we will contact you immediately to notify you of a later delivery date. If you reject the new delivery date, you may cancel the order at no cost and the purchase price will be refunded.
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Delivery times
– EU, Switzerland & Norway: 5 – 7 working days
– International: 7 – 14 working days
The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to a big area. Furthermore, Cover Watches Switzerland has no influence on the speed of the customs clearance process for international deliveries. This is the sole responsibility of the relevant customs authority. In the tracking info that you receive as soon as the parcel leaves the Cover Watches Switzeralnd Headquarter, an indicated delivery time is shown.
